Terms of service

About these terms

BUBOW is an independent beauty and cosmetics store operated by Mahfuzur Rahman in Bangladesh, serving customers in the United States. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. These terms apply when you use our website or purchase from us.

Products and orders

Please review the product description, shade, size, ingredients or materials, directions and any warnings before ordering. Colors may appear different on different screens. Product availability can change. We will contact you if an ordered item is unavailable and refund any amount paid for an item we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected items.

Shipping and returns

Products are shipped from our partner warehouses in the US and overseas, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery, and our Return and Refund Policy explains returns, cancellations and faulty items.

Using beauty products

Follow the directions and warnings supplied with each product. Check ingredients for known sensitivities. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product descriptions do not replace professional medical advice, and we do not claim that cosmetics diagnose, treat or prevent disease.

Website use and privacy

Do not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation or misuse another person's information. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and practices.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
