Requesting a return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info.mahfuzur724626@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with any hygiene seals intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened or used cosmetics, skincare, lip products or personal beauty tools. This restriction does not affect claims for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods or rights that apply by law.

You are responsible for return shipping on an eligible change-of-mind return. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns unless required by law. We will provide the return destination and instructions before you decide to proceed. Do not return products to the address on a parcel without contacting us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and, where practical, photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. If we require a return because of our error or a defective item, we will cover the agreed return shipping cost. The unopened-product requirement does not apply to these claims.

Refunds

We will let you know the outcome of your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method promptly after the returned item is received and reviewed, or after approval when a return is not required. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations and exchanges

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop it before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee a change once processing has begun. If an item has shipped, the return policy applies. For a different item or shade, request an eligible return and place a new order.

Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights, including rights relating to shipping delays or goods that do not match their description.
