Where do you ship?
We currently ship to street addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.95, and it's free on orders of $35 or more.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show the first update.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Some items ship from different warehouses, so a single order may arrive in separate packages. There's no extra shipping charge for this.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to change it.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty tools that touch the face, lips or eyes can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong – what should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Products
How do I clean my tools?
Wash brushes, sponges and silicone tools with mild soap and warm water, then let them air-dry. Wipe gua sha, rollers and mirrors with a damp cloth. Rechargeable devices should never be submerged unless the product page says they are waterproof.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our tools don't contain active skincare ingredients, but everyone's skin is different. Use gentle pressure, keep tools clean and stop if you notice irritation.
