Shipping policy

Where we ship

BUBOW currently ships to street addresses within the United States. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you and refund your order.

Shipping rates

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 per order
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $35 or more (after discounts, before tax)

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays)
  • Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship

Our products ship from partner warehouses in the US and overseas, so the delivery time depends on the item and your address. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost to you. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and peak seasons, weather or carrier delays can add a few days.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, we will notify you and give you the choice of agreeing to a new shipping date or cancelling the unshipped items for a full refund.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show the first scan. You can also check your order status at any time from the link in your confirmation email or on our Track Your Order page.

Address changes and cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address or cancel your order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to change it.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or your item arrives damaged, email info.mahfuzur724626@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We will look into it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Your applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
