Want to know where your BUBOW order is? Here's how to check.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a Track your order link. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from BUBOW with your order number, e.g. #BB1001.
2. View your order status online
Open the order confirmation email and click View your order, or sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see the latest status and tracking for every order.
3. Track with the carrier
Click the tracking number in your email to follow your package directly on the carrier's website, including the US carrier that handles final delivery.
Good to know
- Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before they ship.
- Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show the first scan after you receive your tracking number.
- Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping.
- If your order contains several items, you may receive more than one tracking number.

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
